1. Fulfillment Timeline
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are fulfilled the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout and depend on your delivery location and selected method.
3. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Delivery Issues
We’re not responsible for shipping carrier delays once your package has left our facility. However, if your order is delayed or lost, contact hello@nicshift.com and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the food-grade and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, even if the packaging is unopened. This ensures product safety and freshness for all customers.
