No local shops had anything besides 3mg. A lot of people I know can handle 3mg but it was too much for me. 1.5mg is the sweet spot that allows me to focus much better

Nicotine has been a 20 year addiction for me, and when a friend told me there is an option to gradually reduce pouch strength over a period of 40 or 100 days, and let me try a pouch, I was sold. I went with the 100 day option as I felt that will give me the best chances of quitting successfully. The flavor is great, the pouches feel better than zyn, and I’m excited to put this addiction behind me. I’m still on the 5.5 mg pouches, but looking forward to gradually tapering down to 1 mg pouches, then quitting.With any luck this will be a successful quit attempt after many failed ones, and I will be forever grateful!
