Cancellation policy

NicShift subscriptions are designed to support your nicotine tapering journey with consistent, timely deliveries and structured program support.
1. Subscription Billing
By enrolling in a NicShift subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks), based on your selected plan. You will be billed automatically until you cancel.
2. Modifications & Cancellations
You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at hello@nicshift.com. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to apply to that cycle.
3. Refunds
Because our products contain food-grade materials and are made to support a structured tapering program, we do not offer refunds for subscription orders. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
4. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry your payment method or contact you to update your billing info. We reserve the right to cancel or pause your subscription if payment issues are not resolved.
